bunch of booths with different things like games, drinks and stuff? Well, this
is just like that. Each blogger that hosts a booth will have a fun challenge
that you can complete to win prizes.
Heidi and I are sharing the Food Booth and each of our blogs are having
a food related challenge and a giveaway. Yeyyyyyyy...
When we think of Carnival, we think fun and food. Well, at least I do
anyway. LoL But, it also means funny stories. So, my challenge will be about
that. Funny stories involving food + carnival.

Ok, to make this even more delicious, I’m posting a super duper recipe
that will make your mouth gape and water at the same time. You’ll look like
this:
Yeah, pretty much that. LoL
It’s Fried Ice cream!!!!!!!!!
Here’s the Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
3 egg whites
3 c. crushed cereal
Vegetable Oil
Equipment:
Baking Sheet
Parchment paper
Ice cream scoop
Dessert dishes
Optional:
3c. cookie crumbs
3c.sweetened coconut flakes
3c. chopped walnuts
1/4 tsp. salt
Cinnamon
Honey
Whipped cream
Chocolate sauce
Cherries

I haven't been to a carnival since I was a little girl, but I have one story. It wasn't even me that it happened to, but it was so funny at the time. My father and step mother took us to the carnival and we were sitting on a bench resting. My father had my 4 month old sister in his lap. He was also holding a hot dog. Unbeknownst to us, my little sister licked the whole hot dog clean of mustard. At 4 months old, we thought she would get sick, but it was hilarious at the time.
